I have been working on a new webpage! It will greatly expand flexibility and will enable new content and an in house forum on all stocks featured on the site! I have already fixed the sidebars on the right so they don’t drop off the page on smaller screen settings.

It looks similar to the existing page for ease of transition.

All content has been transferred to the new site so we will be able to review all posts and comments over there.

New content will be added to the new site beginning today May 5th

Wednesday April 28 2010 – Property Agreement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated Feb. 16, 2010, between Newstrike Capital Inc. and Desarrollos Mineros San Luis SA de CV, a subsidiary of Goldcorp Inc. (a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed company), whereby the company will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Ana Paula property comprising four mining concessions located in the Guerrero state, Mexico.

Total consideration consists of $1.5-million in cash payments and $600,000 payable in shares, up to a maximum of 2,222,222 shares, of the company.

In addition, there is a 3-per-cent net smelter return relating to the acquisition. Upon completion of a feasibility study, the company will have the right to purchase 1 per cent of the net smelter return for consideration of $2.00 (U.S.) per ounce of gold that is classified as proven and probable reserves and measured and indicated resources in the feasibility study, to a maximum of $6-million (U.S.) in order to reduce the total net smelter return to 2 per cent.

Teuton Office Visit

I was downtown last Thursday and dropped in to visit the Teuton office. I met with Gary and Dino, great guys and very knowledgeable. We talked for close to an hour about the upcoming season and all the money to be spent this year. I think last tally was around $80 million! That is LOT of money to be put into a relatively small area of ground.
The Golden Triangle is just that, full of gold! The largest undeveloped gold deposits in the world are right in the backyard.
Treaty Creek as for as I’m concerned has already hit and hit big! 241 meters of .8 grams gold is a MAJOR discovery next to the biggest undeveloped gold deposit in Canada if not the world right now! I have to ask why aren’t people fighting to get this stock. I then say good for me, more time to get a meaningful position. I will admit I didn’t get any of the sub dime shares and didn’t start chasing it till it was in the high 20′s but that’s ok, even .50 will look like a steal very soon.
The Treaty Creek program is being worked out now. I don’t think the full budget has been set but I’m guessing it will be a sizeable program that easily defines and expands on the discovery hole. Deposits that reveal 240 meters of mineralization seldom remain small for very long. The hole ended in mineralization and it will be tested to depth with a drill capable of going much deeper.

There is a LOT going on with Teuton in the next months, buy it while its cheap and put it away.
I feel any position in TUO has the ability to significantly change ones net worth, and I’m definitely accumulating a significant position!

Gleichen is drilling ahead on a new target north of the river and is at about 300 meters. They will be adding a drill every 2 months to ramp up exploration and have an additional 2 for resource deliniation.

Teuton is looking at a drill program later in the year on “High” and has met this week with American Creek to work out the drilling on Treaty Creek

So far there has been about 80 million announced for drilling this year in the Golden Triangle

I very much look forward to seeing some of the $80 million results. That is a LOT of meters in a relatively small area!

I found my old file from 1989 and went down memory lane looking at the old maps and names of the players, american fibre springer adrian and TEUTON

Im anticipating another area play erupting form the hills surrounding stewart get ready and hang on tight its going to be an amazing ride

MALA NOCHE RESOURCES CORP. ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF THE VENTANAS OPTION AND PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

Mala Noche Resources Corp. has successfully negotiated an extension of certain time frames in its option agreement on the Ventanas property. Under the current agreement, certain expenditures were required by May, 2010, in order for the option to remain in good standing. That deadline, and the other related deadlines in the agreement, have been extended by 12 months.

“We are pleased that Goldcorp has agreed to this extension,” said Wade Nesmith, chief executive officer of the company. “Our focus for the past 12 months has been on making an acquisition of a producing asset. That remains our focus, and we believe we are making good progress, but Ventanas is a promising late-stage exploration property and we are keen to maintain our interest. The option has been extended without further payment of cash, but the company has agreed to be responsible for certain ongoing maintenance costs on the property.”

The company also announced that Randy Smallwood, Art Freeze and John Boddie have each ended their formal relationship with the company. The advisory committee, upon which each of Mr. Smallwood and Mr. Freeze served, has been disbanded and Mr. Boddie has resigned his position as an officer of the company. Each of Mr. Freeze and Mr. Boddie has made himself available to the company on a continuing basis through continued consulting arrangements.

“I would like to thank Randy, Art and John for all their help over the past several years. Their advice has been valuable and I am pleased that Art and John’s other commitments permit them to remain available to us if needed,” added Mr. Nesmith.

Redzone Waking UP

Gold continues to hold strong at 1150. Volumes are almost DOUBLE what they were in early February. I think anyone that sells in May will be terribly sorry this year. I have been buying with every dollar i have deployed. I have topped up my NES holdings, picked up a few TUO and averaged down on UCU.

REZ looks like it is waking up. There are plans to list it on the TSX as soon as possible. Michael Murphy was a star for GRL and i fully expect another home run for REZ. I will be buying more as it hits the TSX running.

Oromin has had an increase in price and volume but seems to be struggling to hold .80. I hope they can follow those results with more news quickly or i fear there may be another slow drift towards .60

There is more and more money flowing into the Venture every day and some of it is from some very wealthy and influential people. I believe a very large and sustained bull market is on the horizon for junior explorers of all kinds!

Prepare for one of the best years ever on the Venture!

Gold Surge to 3 month High

Gold is moving up very nicely and will continue to do so. The majors and several of the juniors are beginning to pick up steam. I have noticed massive inflows of institutional money form New York and over seas start to pour into the Venture exchange and the Junior mining stocks. Liquidity is up and so are share prices. hang on to your hats everyone i predict a massive gold bubble in the next 2 to 4 years. I can smell my retirement as i write!

I believe Gold and the gold markets will achieve a critical mass soon and although will be brought down by a market correction (if it happens) it will NOT last long and money will continue to flow form the wider markets into Gold in all its forms, bullion paper gold gold shares and juniors. I firmly believe we will see returns that will make the tech bubble seem like a opening act!
